Meg Love
Meg Love is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Certified Rock Guide through the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). For the past decade, she has dedicated her work to exploring the intersection of mental health and the outdoors. As the founder of Nexus Guiding and Wellness, Meg offers trauma-informed counseling and outdoor-based therapy for first responders, guides, and mountain athletes.
Living full time in Estes Park, Colorado, she integrates the healing power of the Rocky Mountains into traditional therapeutic approaches. She values curiosity and play in natural spaces and takes every chance to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park herself- whether fishing, trail running, or rock climbing.
Beyond her clinical practice, Meg partners with community organizations and guide services to expand access to mental health-informed adventure experiences. Her work emphasizes resilience and highlights the profound healing potential found in connection - to ourselves, to others, and to the natural world.
